Event Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather
Decisions to cancel
Team4Golf.com events due to inclement weather will be posted on our website at least
two hours prior to your scheduled tee time. Your
Team Captain will also be notified via phone within the same time frame. Any decision to cancel an event will be made in partnership with the
Participating golf course hosting that days event. If there is no announcement posted on the website, please assume your scheduled event will take place as planned. If your event is canceled due to inclement weather, a full refund will be made to the credit card number used during the registration process.
If severe weather (specifically lightening) is imminent after an event has begun we will follow course safety procedures to minimize any potential danger to all event participants. The decision to terminate an event after it has begun due to severe weather (only) will be made by the
Game Host. If an event is terminated a full refund will be made to the credit card number used during the registration process.
If authorized by the
team member whose credit card number was used during the registration process, we can retain your entry fee and reschedule your
Team4Golf.com event to another available date and time of your choice.
Event Cancellation Due to Game Host Absences
Decisions to cancel Team4Golf.com events due to the unexpected absence of your
Game Host will be posted on our website at least two hours prior to your scheduled tee time. Your Team Captain will also be notified via phone within the same time frame. If your event is canceled for this reason, a full refund will be made to the credit card number used during the registration process. If your foursome decides they still want to play that day, we will notify the golf course so your tee time is secured. However, you will be responsible for paying the standard green and/or cart fees.
If authorized by the
team member whose credit card number was used during the registration process, we can retain your entry fee and reschedule your
Team4Golf.com event to another available date and time of your choice.
Team
Event Cancellation
Teams are eligible to cancel their participation in a Team4Golf.com event without financial penalty
24 or more hours prior to their scheduled tee time. This can be accomplished by e-mailing us at
info@Team4Golf.com, or calling us at (612) 618-8785. If notified 24 or more hours in advance, a full refund will be made to the credit card number used during the registration process.
If notification takes place less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time, a full refund
minus $75.00 will be made to the credit card number used during the sign-up process.
If members of your group still want to play that day, we will notify the golf course so your tee time is secured. However, you will be responsible for paying the standard green and/or cart fees.
