Game Format
 |
In order to be declared an event winner and claim the posted prize money, your
team must post a score (via
Ball #1 or
Ball #2) that equals or betters the pre-determined required
Team4Golf.com score on all 18 holes. The scoring requirements for every hole at each Participating
Team4Golf.com golf course are posted on this website. The Game Host will also keep you abreast of scoring requirements during the round. |
 |
A
team officially forfeits any chance at event prize money when it fails to meet the
Team4Golf.com scoring requirements of a hole, and then fails to meet the scoring requirements of that particular hole's
SOBS Challenge (maximum 6 SOBS Challenges per round). This can occur on hole #1 through hole #18. If a
team fails to meet the scoring requirements on a hole and has no
SOBS Challenges remaining, its chance at winning event money is lost. |
 |
Your team's documented score for each hole will be the lower of
Ball #1 or
Ball #2.
Teams must play at least one ball to completion on every hole in order to post an official
Team Score. Posting a
Team Score qualifies your
team for a potential end-of-the-season prize money bonus (based on the lowest Official (modified) Team Score).
|
 |
Each member of a
team that successfully completes theTeam4Golf.com event challenge will be required to fill out a
W-9 tax form upon completion of the round. They will then be issued a check from FoTAR Incorporated for their portion of the posted event prize money.
Pin Plus 3 (par 3) Challenge and
Driving Accuracy 20 Challenges winnings will be paid out in cash at the end of the round. |
 |
Teams are ineligible from winning event prize money at the same
Participating golf course, at the same
Game Package level more than once during our golf season. |

Game Format Example
|
| |
Lets
go back to the 1st hole where
"Big Drive" Boyer
sank a putt to record a score of 4.
As specified on the
Example
Scorecard, the
required
Team4Golf.com score for hole #1 is a
5 or lower. So with an excellent
score of 4 they have actually
exceeded the challenge requirement for
hole #1 and we move on to hole number
#2.
On hole #2 (a par 3)
"Long Putt" Larson
hits the tee shot (Ball
#1) out of bounds, and after
another poor shot by
"Straight Shot"
Schmidt, the team decides to pick
Ball #1 up to
focus solely on playing
Ball #2.
"Fine Touch"
Finnegan sinks a short putt for a
score of 4. However, because the
Team4Golf.com required score is 3
or lower, hole #2 is considered
unsuccessful and the team must employ
1 of their 6 second chance
opportunities or
SOBS Challenges. |
